John L. Chapman brings 30 years of experience leading high-level sales efforts at Kennametal Inc., Stanley Works, and Coca-Cola. From 1991 to 2007, he led Kennametal’s CPG sales efforts at a 15.62% compounded annual growth rate. He was awarded the prestigious Sales Excellence Award at Stanley Works. In 2008, he co-founded Metal Partners LLC — a national steel distributor — building revenues past $2 million before selling his equity in 2011.
John holds an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock School of Management and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He is Co-Founder of the North Carolina Sales Institute and has served on the board of Junior Achievement since 2002.
